Pet Diet Return Policy

we understand that choosing the right diet for your furry friend can be a process, and we want to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. That's why we offer a flexible return policy for our pet diet products.

General Guidelines:

• You can return unopened and unused food within 2 days of purchase for a full refund if no damage.
• Opened but unused food CANNOT be return
• We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
• Please bring down to clinic for final check

Exceptions:

• We cannot accept returns on opened of food that have been fed to your pet, due to hygiene concerns.
• We cannot accept on opened of food even not fed to your pet yet.
• We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered or specially-formulated diets.

Returning Your Pet Diet:

• Please contact us before returning your product to discuss your reason for return, and explain the condition for your pet food.
• Send order/payment details to our staff
• Pack the unopened or unused food securely in its original packaging.
• Keep a copy of your receipt in the package.
• Bring down the diet to our clinic for final check, cheque refund will be ready in the reception once we approved

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• The refund only by cheque, make sure you provide the correct name for our reference.
